My friend said to change his baby milk because it is iron fortified and he might be allergic to it, but he is also a very good eater and already eating all different foods. I changed his milk, and nothing changed.
My baby boy (9 months old) has cracks in his skin on his cheeks very bad- is it a cause of allergy to iron?
My doctor recommended hydrocortisone cream 1/2% only use it twice a week. This helped my daugthers skin. She would also get red bumps from spitting up in her sleep. It got rid of those also! I know Walgreens has it. I would check with your doctor also though incase it is something different!
Reply:Call your doctor....don't take peoples' opinions..
Reply:put some lotion on his face, he probably has dry skin and needs his cheeks lotioned.
Reply:Ever heard of doctors?
Reply:I would say his skin is dried out. Use some Aveeno baby cream or use vaseline. If it does not clear up see your pediatriction.
Reply:Sounds like you need to ask the pediatrician, not your friends.
Reply:sounds like the eczema that my kids had, we needed a prescription i think it was elicon or something like that
Reply:I suggest you go and ask a doctor for help, but in this case it could be signs of eczema because my sister has that now.
