I need help in clearing up my skin and making it beautiful, please help me?

I have oily and dry skin (but not real bad, almost none existent). Um. I have eczema, which is a skin allergy, so I can't use anything harsh. And, I have some acne, mostly on the sides of my face and bottom portion of my chin. Right now, all I am using is Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Face Wash, and I usually wash my face once a day. So, what are my options???

I need help in clearing up my skin and making it beautiful, please help me?
Proactiv, it works like a charm if used correctly!
Reply:You can also use Apricot Scrub or if you can you can use acne pads like Stridex or Oxy Clean they work but if you cant then use the apricot scrub because that is what I used and it worked... I hope I helped!
Reply:I also have oily skin which can get dry in some patches. I would recommend seeing a dermatologist. I did, and she's given me some stuff that is starting to clear up my skin. I tried heaps of other face washes and products and they just didn't help me. If you're serious about clearing up your skin, then it might pay to see a dermatologist. She'll also know what products to prescribe you that don't interfere with your eczema or make it worse.
Reply:You can use Proactive (it works GREAT for acne). For sensitive skin (my sister has eczema) soap with mink oil works great in clearing it up, and relieving the itch. I hope it helps!
Reply:there are many things to avoid when you have eczema. first do not let the skin get dry by hydrating it, use an all natural skin care product that can lock in moisture to the skin. avoid foods the have preservative, avoid clothes that are rough and tight, avoid skin irritants like perfumed detergents and soaps, avoid dusts and activities that make you sweat easily. also avoid too much exposure to the sun and cold weather. for more skin care tips regarding topics like battling and preventing eczema visit http://www.skinoriginal.com
