My skin is sensitive, what products should I use?

My skin is sensitive all of a sudden. I don't have a rash but it itches more than normal. I think it might be a skin allergy but I'm not 100% sure. What products should I use to help my skin?

Aveeno makes a great body wash, and lotion. I have eczema and it is the one thing that I can use without making the itching worse. L'Occitane makes a milk soap that is very soothing, but a bit pricey at 7.00. Do you have any food allergies? Sometimes those can develop with no past history. I have used benadryl in the past to alleviate symptoms with variable success. That may work better for you than it did for me.
Reply:I had that problem too. My doctor told me that some cleaning products have chemicals in them that could be potentially harmful and cause skin irritations. I started using a cleaning product called Sun %26amp; Earth. They use all natural ingredients that really work .

Reply:Avoid anything with alcohol or perfumes. Dermalogica and Murad have sensitive skin lines.
