No, allergy tests are just that. If you don't react to an allergen, then your are not allergic to the things they tested for--you could be allergic to inumerable things, the scratch test is for the most common allergens, sometimes your own observations can figure out what's bothering you but, If you still have trouble breathing, they will need to pursue further diagnostics to find out what the problem is.
