i'm allergic to nickel thats found on the buckels of belts and buttons of jeans. when it first came up i used a cream prescribed by the doctor that brought back my complexion. well i havent used anything in years and every now and then my the area with the rash(belly button) gets a little itchy because i can't always wear a undershirt. the thing is i have a nice stomach but the area with the rash is darker than the rest of my stomach. i just wanna know what can i use to even out my skin tone? i hate having it be dark at my belly buton and the other part is another color.
